While I didn't utilize their financing, Josh worked outside his normal schedule to send the information to my bank to get the deal financed, with great savings on my part. When I picked up the truck, it was immaculate, as a new truck should be. Josh was able to get everything done, in the time frame I requested. My husband and I heard about Sam Pack's Five Star Ford on the radio while driving around and thought we would stop and look at the Ford F-150's. We never felt pressured to buy a truck but then I spotted this sweet Taurus and guest what? Yep, I got my car first and we will be back for my husbands truck soon. Kolynn Smith helped me sync my phone and showed me other things on the dash to do and that was a great help. He spoke in terms that I could understand also.
