When working with Mike Asher in the finance department, he put all the options on the board, explained what it all meant, and then exlained the differences. He was very nice and very knowledgeable, and gave me an answer for every question. He was quick and to the point, which I thought was a good thing. I have varying experiences when buying a car, but none like we experienced on this occasion. We had a general idea what we wanted but had a number of questions because of the many choices in automobiles a like we experienced on this occasion. We were given excellent choices and explanations concerning the various choices of vehicles and accessories. When it came to the method of financing, we were given a very clear, straight forward explanation of the advantages and disadvantages of leasing or purchasing and what we might expect depending on the method used. We tried several vehicles. The various features were explained to our satisfaction. We were on a tight time schedule but never felt rushed. Those we dealt with accommodated our situation. The process was expedited for us in closing on the lease. We were given a fair value on our trade in. We were made to feel like valued customers. We did not have time to complete the walk through on the vehicle but arrangements were made for us to return and do that at a time that fit our schedule. We left with a sense of trust and satisfaction that has exceeded all prior car purchasing experiences. More
