Jason and the Five Star Family went above and beyond to make my ENTIRE experience a pleasant one. I then told Jason what I was interested in and he did the rest! I drove about 10 cars and he was running to get one key after another to make me happy. He gave me great feedback about each car and truly helped me get the best deal for my money. I also was able to upgrade the seats and now it feels like a brand new vehicle! Jason got the swatched from the "upgrade" dept and let me pick my color. It is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. William Conner was very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed as well. Also, I had to turn in my rental the insurance co. had given me. It was such an easy process to turn the vehicle into their dept. and they gave me a rental so I could wait for the seats to be done. The rental dept was also wonderful and made the transition so easy. I am a five star ford and Jason Howell customer for life....no reason to search anywhere else when I have found a place that makes buying a car such a SMOOTH process. No game playing, no chaos and no gimmicks. More

What an amazing experience! We found the car through USAA.com car buying service, it was everything your dealership said it was and more. I called Mel and he said he would hold it until we got there! I purchased a new Ford at Sam Pack in 2001 and had a great experience. I now live in the Amarillo area and tried to trade locally with 2 different Ford dealerships with no luck. After looking online and getting frustrated, I remembered Five Star and called late in the evening just to see if they might have the truck I was wanting. Anyway, Josh answered the phone and within 15 minutes and 2 emails, we had worked out a trade for less money and a better trade offer. I drove to Fort Worth 3 days later and the purchase process took less than 45 minutes. While I don't recall the finance guys name, he was great as well with no pressure and or BS! The experience was so good in fact that I purchased another F150 for my company just yesterday. Thanks Josh and Five Star. I will be back and will send friends. More

This was a very strange (not in a bad way) purchasing experience. I never went to the dealership prior to signing the paper work on the 2012 F 150XLT. I talked to Daryn on the phone several times and made the decision to buy on the phone. You must know that I had a 1997 F150 that was 15 years old with 150,000 miles on it. So I was brand loyal. The paperwork (except financing) was ready when I got to the dealship. This was a very fast smooth transaction. From the time I walked into the dealership until I cranked the engine 2.5 hours lapsed. This included installing some deal add ons. I am an internet shopper so dealing with the internet was very easy for me. My time was not wasted, frustration was non existant. But did have one very pleasant supprise, the truck was actually priced $500 lower than what I was originally quoted. There was a last minute rebate increase that was paqssed on. Great job, easy transaction. This was the best car buying experience I have had in 50 years More

Jim was an exceptional salesman and despite having a few trucks I was interested in test driving sold before I could get to that point he continued to scan the lot for the truck I was looking for.
