I came in to look at F150 XLT Crew Cab. There was an add in the paper for up to 13K off MSRP for 5 units if financied through FMC and also traded in a vehicle. It was getting late in the afternoon when I a in the paper for up to 13K off MSRP for 5 units if financied through FMC and also traded in a vehicle. It was getting late in the afternoon when I arrived. Mr. William Perez met me outside and when I explained what I was looking for, he went to see if any of the units were left. Turned out 1 unit still remained, he quickly checked it out to ensure no one else could get it. We went on a test drive where he did a great job of explaining the features and being friendly without being pushy. After the test drive, the only thing left to negotiate was the value of my trade in. I had gone to Car Max earlier in the day to get a "reference" offer so I had a good idea of what I wanted. William worked to get me a fair offer and we sealed the deal. The negotiation process took less than 30 minutes. This was New Year's Eve, so I was in a hurry to get out of there. William did a great job expediting the process so I could get home to celebrate New Years Eve with my family. I got a great deal on the truck ( I really did get 13K off MSRP, though it was a 2011 model) and the best buying experience I have ever had. I would do business with William and 5 Star Ford anytime. We examined the dealer's website, Edmunds.com, and intellichoice.com. We figured out what we wanted, the features we absolutely wanted, and what we wanted to pay. I hate car dealers.
