I took test drives in a 2012 Buick Enclave, 2012 Cadillac SRX, 2012 Audi Q5 and the 2012 Ford Explorer Limited. Hands-down, I prefer the Ford. The Cadillac had a cramped interior and harsh ride. The Buick had a lot of wind noise make it past the door seals and the passenger side door had to be really 'slammed' to close properly. The Audi is nice, but just too small. I assigned Five Star Ford a 5-Star rating because the sales process was very straight-forward. I negotiated a fair price in about 5 minutes. From start to finish, the process took about three hours. I have never previously bought a new car in under six hours. I brought my car in Monday for window tinting and they had me 'in and out' in one hour. More
