Kelly listened to me in order to learn what I was looking for in a new car. Then he worked hard to get both the car I liked and the price I needed. Rebecca Carrier was excellent with going beyond finding the car my son and I wanted. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on the features of the car we were interested in. The salesperson said I had qualified for the 4.9 financing through Ford Motor Credit but then when I got back into the finance office I was told I did not qualify. I think if I had that info up front I would have had the opportunity to acquire my own financing. I didn't have that opportunity because I was already in the finance office when the story changed and after already waiting for the finance guy I felt enough time was already wasted and I just wanted to get out of there with the car. It had been a couple of days from the time I first visited the dealership and spoke with the salesperson about the car I eventually purchased and was told I qualified for the Ford Motor Credit financing so I feel had I known I did not qualify I would have used those couple of days to look into other financing options. I do want to add that even though I didn't qualify for financing through Ford Motor Credit, the finance department was able to get me the same interest rate on the financing as what Ford Motor Credit was offering. I also felt that the price was not settled before being ushered to wait for the finance part. This is my second car I have purchased from 5 Star Ford (and I informed the current salesperson of that fact, that I have purchased from 5 Star previously) and think and feel as a repeat customer something should have been accomodated with some sort of discount or free car mats or something. I believe this because in about another year or two I will probably purchase another new car and really don't have any incentive to return to 5 Star Ford if I am taken care of as if I've never done business there before. My orignal salesperson who assisted with my first car purchase at 5 Star is no longer there (but had been a long time employee) so it gives me the impression I would have been taken care of better had he still been in the employ of 5 Star. I sugguest that 5 Star implement some type of repeat customer program for their new & used car sales. This is not to say that Rebecca did a poor job because she didn't: she did a great job with me and my son. Kudos to Rebecca! More

I came to 5 star Ford interested in driving a new truck and checking out the different engines available. Not necessarily to buy one that day. I had already been to two other dealers, one Ford and one Chev and checking out the different engines available. Not necessarily to buy one that day. I had already been to two other dealers, one Ford and one Chevy. William Arguello my salesperson met me at the door and we test drove 3 different vehicles with 3 different engines. Everyone was knowledgable, helpful and very courteous. The pricing was good and I ended up buying an F-250 that day. Kenny Wilder, the finance mgr. was very professional, courteous and efficient. I have purchased a Lot of vehicles over the years and overall it was as pleasant an experience as I have had buying a vehicle. More
