All three gentlemena were very professional and did not pressure us into anything that we were not interesd in. Bill new the vehicled and answered all of our questions. Sam, was very down to earth and worked with us as if he worked with us many times before, and this was his first time. Michael was very through in explaning the various service packages. He is a professional. The only thing that was missing is that this is my third vehicle I have purchased from 5 Star Ford and no one mentioned this in our dealings until I brought it up. There needs to be a focus on return customers. All three did thank us for our business. If someone asks me if they should go to 5 Star Ford, my answer will be a big yes. More

I am a very particular customer and very thorough with my research. With every inquiry, Melvin was quick to respond and extremely candid about pricing and options. I also worked deals with 3 other dealerships during the one month process to ensure I had the absolute best deal. Just about every aspect of the purchase experience with Five Star and Melvin was handled online. From finance approval and terms, trade-in valuation, to exact pricing of the vehicle was all handled from the comfort of my home. When i finally visited the dealer for my test drive, every number given to me in email exchanges remained consistent if not better when the final paperwork was signed. There was no pressure at all and absolutely no baiting with pricing just to get me in the dealership. This was by far the best new car purchase experience I've had. I recommend if you are in the market for a new Ford, drop Melvin an email and let him earn your business. More
I went to Five Star having never purchased a used vehicle from a dealer before. I told Shawn and Tony how much I had been pre-approved for by my credit union and didn't really want to go over that but I did from a dealer before. I had started looking for a new vehicle and I searched the internet for an Internet Ad, looking for the best deal possible due to the fact that I was upside down on my current vehicle. I contacted the Internet dept. at 5 Star Ford in North Richland Hills and was fortunate enough to get Josh Ingram on the phone. I told him of the vehicle that I was interested in and he checked on it for me. It was being test driven at the time but my husband and I decided to go to the dealership and look around anyway. When we arrived we looked around and called Josh to let him know that we were there, he immediately greeted us and took better care of us than we have ever received at any dealership and that is saying alot. He kept our payment the same as the old loan we had with better perks than the old loan, he was able to get the credit we needed beating our Credit Union and we didn't have to have a down payment (remember we were upside down by quite a bit). I can't say enough about how devoted he is to his customers!!!!!! M M Ross is the Finance Manager and I have worked with him many times on past purchases, he and his employee Michael Asher made the financial part of this transaction painless. I absolutely dread this part of buying a vehicle and I have NEVER been in and out of a dealership with such ease. All sales were made before I entered the finance area and the payments were exactally as told they would be...no unexpected surprises, no pressure sales, just a great experience altogether. More
I was searching for a new Mustang and had visited several Internet sites in the DFW area looking for the vehicle configured the way I wanted. I found two at Five Star Ford that seemed perfect. I sent off a query after closing on a Thursday night. and very quickly had a response from Jay with information about prices for similar cars. The next day Jay got in touch about the exact cars I was interested in. I made an offer that was accepted at a better price than I had seen elsewhere. I met Friday night with Jay and purchased a silver Mustang. This was a great experience so far but it was only the beginning. I got the car home that night and realized that my wife, who is not a tall woman, had difficulty seeing out of the car. I called Jay the next day and explained my problem and asked about another Mustang with a power passenger seat that could be raised that we had looked at. I really did not expect that there would be anything that could be done so I was surprised and delighted when he said we could swap cars for the difference in price. I went back later in the day and quickly made the swap. Five Star Ford, Jay Odom, and I are all heroes at my house now! I'll certainly be back to a sales person and a dealer that provides that kind of service and is committed to the satifaction of their customers. More
Purchased a new Ford Escape from this dealer. The sales person was excellent. Dealership did not pass me off to another "closer" I only worked with my sales person. The accessory person was not high pressure he explained what they did and did not pressure us to purchase anything extra. The finance person explained options and was very helpful and clear as to what we were paying how they arrived at the amount and it agreed with my numbers exactly. This without a doubt was the best new car experience my wife and I have ever had purchasing a new car. More

I spoke with over 15 dealers throughout the state during my recent purchase. No dealership came close in terms of price and customer service. Mr. Mel Seibel allowed me take my time deciding which truck fit my recent purchase. No dealership came close in terms of price and customer service. Mr. Mel Seibel allowed me take my time deciding which truck fit me. He never added any pressure and he spent a significant amount of time assisting me. At one point, his entire desk was covered with window stickers of trucks that he had found that fit my needs. We eventually braved the heat to view and drive these trucks. After viewing the trucks, I decided on the right pick up and Mr. Seibel was able to secure a price that was truly untouchable by other dealerships. From there I dealt with finance department and everything went flawless. I am a customer for life. This is a place where I will send my family and friends. I highly recommend Mr. Seibel and Mr. Harkins! More
