Five Star Ford

When I went to the dealership I had a dread of buying a new car. The Ford I was driving was 12 years old and I had never had trouble with it. Didn't have any idea what color, what options, or what style. Jason was so patient telling us everything that was available and what he thought we would like with all the info we had given him. He was ready at the drop of a hat to bring forth, even though he had to run to another lot, every color and option that I asked for so that I could drive the vehicle and see if it "fit" me. He was NOT pushy and I think I appreciated that the most! I have never had such a relaxing and , dare I say it, enjoyable time purchasing a car! Thanks Five Star and Jason. It was a very good car buying experience. The overall dealership experience was good. I'm disappointed in the manufacturers quality control - allowing the vehicle to be shipped with the wrong wheels.
