We connected CarPro and he gave us 5 star Ford and Terry's name to contact. We did that and when we met him he told as they were there to help us to find a car to buy. They were right. When we were turned over to Marisa we gave her what we were looking for and she was on top of it. She took us through the process and at the end we got the car we wanted with out pressure but with a helping hand. We bought our second Ford Focus in 09 from Five Star Ford with Jason Howell being our Sales Associate. In 2011 we again had to get another Ford Focus, due to the 08 Focus was totalled in an accident. Jason Howell again was called, not even a second thought given as to whom we would call. We called told him the details and went up to Five Star Ford. He had keys to the one that Camri drove ready, paper work ready & we were gone with in about 2 hours! Camri drove it off the lot and went to a job interview. She called to let us know that it was running hot, when the AC was on. One of the first ones is that I have used 5 Star for service on a vehicle that I had purchased at another dealership before I moved into the area. They treated me with great respect and took care of some warranty issues that saved me a lot of money and helped me out on repairs that I did have to pay for. The service department is great. The sales team are exceptionally friendly and take their time to show you the product you are interested in. When it came down to dealing for a price they were eager to get the price right and get the deal done. Proximity is another reason why I chose 5 Star Ford. It's very close and convienent. It's nice to know that the dealership is right down the road if I ever need it. More

Today while visiting this dealership, an internet salesman damn near ran over my feet while pulling the vehicle I was looking at off of the sales line. The salesman looked right at me but did not excuse himself before pulling the vehicle. Had he taken a moment to apologize prior to pulling the vehicle away and encouraging me to view another similar vehicle on the lot, the dumb ass would have made two sales this day. While walking to the vehicle for sale, 6 used car salesman wathced me walk to the vehicle without even offering to help. So, I got into my truck, left the dealership and will NEVER return. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More

This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Justin, who manages their Internet Sales. I love the no pressure approach... this time, when I purchased my EcoBoost F-150, I'd identified the vehicle I wan who manages their Internet Sales. I love the no pressure approach... this time, when I purchased my EcoBoost F-150, I'd identified the vehicle I wanted (features, colors, etc.) on Ford.com's inventory search site, but a call to the dealer showed it was ordered, but not yet built. I asked Justin to keep an eye on it and call me the day it hit the lot, which he did. Unfortunately, I was out of town on business for several more days... but Justin put a sold sign on it for me and we closed the deal when I came back to town Saturday morning. Once again, a pain free and pleasant experience, with maybe an hour in the dealership tops, including a test drive, ordering accessories (spray-in bed liner, tinting, security, etc.), and finance/paperwork. The following day, the bed liner, tinting and security system were installed as promised and they did a wonderful job on that work. We'll keep coming back to Five Star Ford for our vehicles, for sure! They have the best people, in both Sales and Service, and the largest inventory to pick from in North Texas. We utilized the location at 820 and Rufe Snow, which is just minutes from our home. More
