As a Costco member, I tried the Costco new car buying program and Five Star Ford made me a better deal than the dealership that had an arrangement with Costco. Now, for the good part, I had a bolt in my tire the day I got home. This could have happened on my way home, could have been there when I bought it but there was no way to be 100% certain where it came from. Called them the next day when I realized it and had NO issue with the replacement of the tire. Clearly, this dealership is focused on customer service and will be my first choice next time I need a Ford. Highly recommended. More
