I went in to buy my first car and was constantly hit with struggles. I felt like I was constantly getting the excuse “it’s a used car”. While this was true, I felt like the whole truth wasn’t ever told. One struggles. I felt like I was constantly getting the excuse “it’s a used car”. I understand there are a lot of used cars at a dealership but to be blow off or dumbfounded by each thing a customer is bringing up felt misleading and sketchy. While that might have not been the case, I wish the car salesmen would have been more upfront about all the miscomings of the car because as I find a new hiccup everyday, I have to come back to the dealership and frankly while everyone is so nice it just is a hassle and makes me regret buying the car...of which I cant do anything now. After bringing my boyfriend and Dad for different parts of the project, as 2 well versed in cars and buying vehicles, they too were frustrated with the staff and felt slighted. More
