Our visit at the Subaru at grapevine was in one word: horrifying. Upon entering the premises, we were treated with complete negligence. The ignorance both our salesperson and his supervisor embodied lef horrifying. Upon entering the premises, we were treated with complete negligence. We were trying to purchase a Highlander that had been used before and it seemed like the SALESPERSON who has the sole job of highlighting the features and accomodating our needs, was arrogant and rude. Not only did he never show any sort of enthusiuasm, he would barely inform us about the basic features of the car. He was so ignorant that he did not even bother to tell us that this car was missing three of it’s headrests. If we had not paid attention, we literally would have never known. Furthemore, the person in charge of our financing seemed completely lost and would constantly make mistakes but would not even bother to carefully construct our documents. The blatant,rude and crass behaviour these people embodied was even borderline discrimibatory. Moreover, it has been a while week sincr we were “promised” and we have not heard a single word from these people, much rather receive anything. Our deposit was promised to be refunded and they have not even sent that back. A professional company should have SOME sort of conduct to atleast inform their customers on their products, heck even grocery stores do that. The fact that they do not even bother to contact us is nothing short of the epitome of carelessness and gross misconduct. A company claiming to be so “proefessional” could not even bother to respond to our constant texts and emails regarding our very OWN product. Our experience from start to finish was the most unpleasant and painful with this company and it should be highlighted that we did NOT even feel the slightest bit welcomed into their premises, or we were satisfied even a bit with their service. It is absolutely apalling that a company could even call itself “professional” when it is filled with customer representatives who are arrogant, incompetent and careless about their own customers. I would never recommend this service to anyone. More
