By far the best car buying process ever! First thing is I wanted a Subaru. Our family has had them before and all were very good cars.. I was thinking about the Crosstrek. I'm only 5 ft 8, so size was never a problem The car was what I wanted, with all the comforts that you could want. That's what I wanted too own that car. I also looked at other brands and was not treated as a customer should be, since I was going to spend around 30 grand or more. Like most car buyers. So I looked at my needs and what a car brand can give me along with the service needed with a new car.. Then I was able to talk with Bill Klozik at Five Star Subaru of Grapevine of Texas. Was It far from me (170 miles) yes it was. But with him being able to talk very simple about getting a Subaru. Never any pressure to buy or up grade to another price level. I became very interested about buying from that dealership. That made a difference to me. He has a great respect for that dealership and the people he works with. And that says its more them just him, I was in contact with Bill Klozik over 2 years. Never was I pressured to buy TODAY. So I stayed in touched over that two year time frame. And when it was time to buy a 2020 Pure Red Crosstrek. Bill was the man to talk with. So the time came to meet and buy the car. He went the extra mile to show up on his day off to meet my needs. That says something there! Not only did he take the time needed, which was way beyond the norm. He wanted me to meet the people that make Five Star Subaru the best. I talked with Gary McCloskey, Frankie Saif and Ron Berman who are with sales and so easy to talk with. And at the end I was able to meet the General Manager, Mr. Tony Hooman. A very nice person. I don't have all the names of the others, but you all were just great with what you have to offer to a person buying a Subaru from Five Star in Grapevine. And to finish with my salesman Bill Klozik. He spend more time with me on his day off, than I would ever think of. He made sure I was 110 present happy with my Subaru Crosstrek. The facility itself has the customer in mind with lots of complimentary items such as water, fresh coffee, cappuccino, fruit, etc., as well as TV's to watch and magazines to read while you wait on vehicle service. Upon successfully purchasing my vehicle I was met by the general manager who stopped in just to say thank you for choosing their dealership. Brandon from finance was very helpful and never once made me feel as if I needed to purchase a plan in which I wasn't interested. Very happy with the dealership and plan on coming back when I make my next purchase. More
