I knew that finding a pre-owned BRZ at Five Star Subaru, and especially the incredible Ms. Jennifer Schauer, fully deserve the title of “Five Stars”. I knew that finding a pre-owned BRZ at a low price would be difficult and far off from where I live in south Arlington. But I found an amazing deal here in grapevine and I was lucky enough to have Jennifer assist me the whole way through the process. Jennifer was there to help answer every single question I had with my credit applications and details on the car, and knew just the right guys to talk to when needing the deeper specs of the BRZ and how it compares to others. I noticed she had a very friendly vibe as she would greet and wish her coworkers a safe ride home as they came and went at the end of their shifts. She even followed up several days after the sale through text message if I was still loving my new BRZ and I had any issues or questions on it. Mr. Freddie Valdovinos in the Finance department knew exactly what I needed and showed me tons of different options and a very detailed breakdown of the costs and comparisons. He is a very knowledgeable employee and really drove home the full experience in making the whole experience convienent by finding payments that I was comfortable with and being at ease with insurance should anything happen to my car. No time wasted just good information. I came to Five Star Subaru of Grapevine because I knew the Subaru Outback was about $2600 less than other dealers around. So I just walk into the lot I came to Five Star Subaru of Grapevine because I knew the Subaru Outback was about $2600 less than other dealers around. So I just walk into the lot on crutches I broke my ankle back in January to have a look. Then as I knew would happen out came a sales person. Clay Garrett I just waited and then surprise Clay ask about my leg and if I had any questions not a hard sale or any bull. He really just wanted to make me and my family feel welcome. I knew what I wanted and Clay did answer all my questions so I was 100% sure the Outback was right for us. We test drove for 15 minutes perfect,only color really was needed to finalize a deal.I like white my wife wanted blue. So now we did paper work on a new Subaru Blue Outback from Five Star Subaru of Grapevine. Clay really is a great salesman he helped me get a updated copy of the our insurance from the Internet like in a minute, just a very helpful guy.
