Doubtless this delay must have caused him disappointment, but he never showed it. When the car that eventually became mine arrived at a nearby dealership, he made the dealer trade happen and worked on Labor Day to complete the transaction. His demeanor made this purchase a very positive experience in every regard. If you go with Subaru of Grapevine, also go with Lee. Approximately a month after buying the car, Dee Boyett spent about an hour with me reviewing the use of all the many bells and whistles, many of which are new to me until this car. She too has a thorough grip on the complicated systems the Subaru has included as standard on the Outback Touring. More

Joey went above and beyond to help me get the best price for my used car and for my new Forester. I had done a lot of research and Joey knew what I wanted and made it happen. He spent time showing demonstrating the features of my new Forester and discussing the various controls. He gave me his contract information so that I could call him at anytime if I had questions.
