First scheduled service Clean dealership. Nice waiting area with free Wi-Fi and refreshments. All the employees are extremely courteous. All work done was explained in an eas Clean dealership. A key point is they do not true to up sale the service package I have. The did the system check, changed the oil and oil filter and rotated the tires, exactly what the were supposed to do no extras were tried to be sold. More

great service every time I have gone to this dealership many times for service or to purchase new cars. I do and have recommended it to anyone that I know is looking for a Sub I have gone to this dealership many times for service or to purchase new cars. I do and have recommended it to anyone that I know is looking for a Subaru or a car that fits the Subaru bill or price range. I commend the staff of the dealership, both in the sales department and the service department for making buying cars extremely easy and taking care of said cars without issues. I once had someone strip off my wheel studs in another service place. When I discovered this, I was unable to drive the car, but the service department accommodated me and fixed the issue within an hour of getting the car to them. Every visit is pleasant because of the friendliness and professionalism of the staff here. More

Great car, but Brian in servicing suck! Car great; Servicing has made me distrustful. My 30k servicing on 08/11/18 that was completed without checking my battery; which in my mind leaves a Car great; Servicing has made me distrustful. My 30k servicing on 08/11/18 that was completed without checking my battery; which in my mind leaves a question as to if my fluids were checked. When I called AAA to tow my car to the dealership a week later; and discover my battery covered in crude. Mr. Brian informed me that it probably happened in a weeks time...yeah, right. A simple "We're sorry! it was probably overlooked" would have been very acceptable. More
