GARLIN responded to my service call for jump start , possibly needed a new battery. GARLIN thoroughly inspected the systems and concluded that there was still life in the battery. Extended warranty we were sold covers NOTHING. Everytime we go in to service there are more problems and it costs over $1000. Had to take care in more than 10 times since we purchased it less than 2 years a we go in to service there are more problems and it costs over $1000. Had to take care in more than 10 times since we purchased it less than 2 years ago. The service team does not work with you on anything. Had our "A" service done which they rotate the tires. Now our sensors do not work and it is making a dinging noise. We take the car in, they say all of a sudden all 4 sensors are bad and need to be replaced, just about $1000. Nope not their fault and t is not covered. This is just one example, do not buy extended warranty here. Our other car that we purchased at another dealership has had little to no issues in 4 years, when we did the servic eteam helped and got everything taken care of and fixed. I do not recommend this dealership or service team! More

I have been purchasing cars from flagship motors in Lynnfield for over 20 years, I purchased an S class cabriolet and from day one was unsatisfactory . Audio system that was sub par , my truck audi Lynnfield for over 20 years, I purchased an S class cabriolet and from day one was unsatisfactory . Audio system that was sub par , my truck audio sounds much better, Seats dont adjust and on and on. Underwhelmed. They dont build the vehicle and service did try however the management is absolutely absent , demonstrated over and over they could care less. No return phone calls , they just dont care ! They used to be good , this experience has been poor at best, untenable. Perhaps if they were treated the same way the treated me , they would have a clue. Perhaps Herb Chambers should know how long term good customers are treated , I cant believe he would allow for this. Buyer beware - even if you were a 20 year customer. means nothing to management now. Car sold to another dealer. More

Friendly greetings every time I pull in for a service issue. The procedures are simple and the waiting area is comfortable.
