I've owned and driven MB vehicles for sometime now. Needless to say there's maintenance required from time to time. I've purchased and repaired my vehicles in multiple locations. Since coming to Flags Needless to say there's maintenance required from time to time. I've purchased and repaired my vehicles in multiple locations. Since coming to Flagship Motorcars in Lynnfield I had worked with various team members in the Service area. Truth be told in my opinion not always the best customer service experience, but always got the job done. However, before deciding to leave and go elsewhere I mentioned my concerns to Nathan. He took my concerns seriously and requested I contact him whenever needing service in the future. I'm happy to report Nathan has been a blessing. He's easy to work with, very efficient, and he's honest. Last but not least he's extremely customer oriented. Flagship is lucky to have him on staff. More

The recent service on my car was the first time I've worked with Nathan. He was very attentive and accommodating to all my questions. I was able to make an appointment on the same day I had a nail in my tire. The customer service guy was very nice to me and took care of my problem quickly. He was there for the day because he worked at the nail in my tire. The customer service guy was very nice to me and took care of my problem quickly. Extremely disappointed. Made appointment 24hrs plus in advance, 3 different sales reps called to confirm both used CPO cars were available & our appointment. Arrive at appointment 10 min early, over an h advance, 3 different sales reps called to confirm both used CPO cars were available & our appointment. Arrive at appointment 10 min early, over an hour drive, cars not out front as stated by product specialist Elder Perez, who greeted us at 10:18 1 of the vehicles sold this am & the 2nd had dead battery & wouldn’t be changed out this am for us to test drive. No respect for our time, disgrace to the dealership not having any vehicle ready to test drive even after 3 confirmations by them. Mr Perez never once apologized & showed zero concern for any of the mishaps, in fact seemed agitated that we were not interested in test driving other vehicles. More
