Great Purchase Experience! Purchased a Mercedes CPO from Flagship Motorcars and a majority of the transaction was completed with the help of Dan Fava. I am out of state, so the Purchased a Mercedes CPO from Flagship Motorcars and a majority of the transaction was completed with the help of Dan Fava. I am out of state, so the deal was done mainly through email. Overall, the entire process was exceptional. No pressure, just facts. All of my questions were answered in a timely and thorough fashion. Dan helped finalize the deal and arrange shipping to OK. He was well versed in all aspects of the out of state transaction and the shipping process. Dan is a great asset for the Flagship Motorcars dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flagship if they have a car you're looking for. More
After driving Porsche for the last 15 years, it was time to experience a different Brand/Dealership. from 19 november until today I went 4 times for the same problem they made the mistake the first time and the 3 times I was told they were unable to duplicate the problem i told them that the car has c problem they made the mistake the first time and the 3 times I was told they were unable to duplicate the problem i told them that the car has code p0219 present they told me they didn't see it in their system i went with my scaner ,we tested the car and after their mechanico saw the codiche on my scaner he told me he would try to program the transmision and he would copy the data and want to send it to the mercedes office to find out more Nathan Haugh at the moment he heard the conversion betwen me and the mechanic,told to the mechanic that he should not try again to fix the problem withe the car. At that moment i scream to him that its not my foult that you cant solve the problem of the car. he told me if I wanted to scream I could go out with him and he wold show me what he was able to do to me . and they also let the car out and didn't want to give me written that they couldn't find the code with their 30k scaner I want to let you know that I'm a mechanic i know what happens with my car but I don't want to fix it by myself ,because the work they did te first time ,that coasted more than 6000$,was guaranteed for tow years. I think that he behaved this way because for their mistake they could pay more than $ 5,000 only parts I speak with my lawyer and I'll sue them because I went more than 3 times for the same problem More

I dropped in after having my wifes car serviced at the Flagship Store to ask about a 2014 E350 with 55000 miles on it. Asking price 19997. Ok so I inquire and I tell the salesman what I want to do{I believe in transparency both ways} and tell him I would like to trade my 2015 in for his 2014 and reduce my payment. He came back with a ridiculous offer for my loaded 2015 with the same miles I thought they would want to get a deal done seeing that the E350 was a 2014. Nope . So I left. That's not the issue really. I then sent numerous emails and got no response trying to get him to redo the offer. No response. Then I get a text about my experience. I answered that I had received no reply. I was told that someone would. Nothing yet! So I have moved on . I feel if a deal is to be made it can get done. Its fine if you want to get every last dollar, which I feel is the case here. Sometimes a good deal is one in which both parties give in a bit. I will not reach out again. I did love the car when I saw it. Maybe my enthusiasm was taken for me being a push over. Well I don't believe in faking that you are not interested in something like the old days of buying a car when you didn't want to show your hand. I said I loved the car from the moment I walked in. If that's why Ive gotten no response sobeit. I love Flagship, Im sorry that no one wanted to sell me a 6 year old car, and then insult me with an offer for my very nice car. I am going to look at another car, trust me this is not hyperbole, and the dealership said he would work with me to get a deal done. Key word WORK WITH ME. If he cant at least it will be a better effort than Mercedes Sprinter put forth. I will probably have whatever car I buy serviced at Flagship so maybe I can ride by Sprinter and show them the car.
