This was a pleasant and positive experience from my initial online inquiry, to getting a prompt reply that I would hear from Sales, to requesting Tom This was a pleasant and positive experience from my initial online inquiry, to getting a prompt reply that I would hear from Sales, to requesting Tom Terrill (with whom I dealt a few years ago, though I ended up leasing elsewhere because the car I wanted was not in stock), to sitting with Tom and explaining what I was looking for, to his immediate follow-up with the requested information and sealing the deal, and--finally--the personal and personable interaction with Jan Michael Blakley for the financing. I never felt rushed, or pressured, or neglected in any way. To the contrary, everyone involved could not have been more helpful. Finally, Tom dispels the negative stereotype that auto salespeople often have: it was a pleasure dealing with such a helpful, candid individual, who clearly was looking out for my best interests, even when it was not necessarily to his financial advantage. I knew that I could rely on his judgment and expertise, and he did not let me down. That's the type of service that instills loyalty among customers, but is seen too rarely. Thanks for everything, Tom! More

They were very thorough and clear when explaining my options and were also very quick in response regarding my questions and concerns, not to mention that they both made me very comfortable talking to them. With all that I was able to have all the paper work done and drive my new beamer home within a week and Tom provided me a to-do list (I am a PA resident) which makes things much easier. I would highly recommend Flemington BMW and definitely a FIVE STAR to Tom. More

AMAZING SALES & FINANCE I need to first tell you that I live in White Plains, NY in Westchester County. 135 miles away from the Flemington BMW Dealership There are three majo I need to first tell you that I live in White Plains, NY in Westchester County. 135 miles away from the Flemington BMW Dealership There are three major BMW Dealers within 10 miles of my house in three different directions. I did contact them for comparison ( even though I knew I would work with Agata). I was told by all three dealerships,..call us in December. Seriously December! Well, how did I get to Agata in Flemington BMW? I was originally referred to Agata by my brother-in-law. He raved about her and I am so happy I trusted his judgment. Since meeting Agata, I will tell you that buying a car has been by far the greatest experience ever. My current lease was not due to expire for 5 more months, but somehow, someway, Agata went to the hill and back to make sure I got a new car now... not when my lease expired like the other dealerships wanted me to. Agata worked so hard and got me what I wanted! Not only is the car new and gorgeous, it is loaded to the gills along with the M package! The kicker is that my payment is HALF of what I was paying...HALF folks HALF! Tell me...what other BMW Salesperson can do that?! Agata should be on the poster for the BMW brand!! She has made me a lifetime customer and is an ASSET to the Flemington BMW Sales Team. I also worked with Jan in finance. BMW doesn't know what a jewel they have in that office. Jan explained everything to me in complete detail to make sure I didn't have any additional questions. In addition, he helped me with tire/wheel and lease return insurance! Jan is a true professional. I arrived at 245pm, turned in my lease, test drove the new car, signed all my papers, Agata went over all the features in my car and I was on the road at 400pm!! Great Buying Experience I have done business with the Flemington family of car dealerships (Audi/BMW/Jeep) for years, and have spent a good portion of those years with the BM I have done business with the Flemington family of car dealerships (Audi/BMW/Jeep) for years, and have spent a good portion of those years with the BMW team. I have purchased and serviced my cars with them when they had the old building and now with the new facility. The one thing that makes the Flemington team different from any other is the people, specifically Bill Hinton and Ed Kiley. They are like a family that treats you like a welcomed guest or family member. I have had nothing but great experiences in dealing with everyone at the dealership. The one thing that I have observed over the years is that a large number of the customers at the dealership are either repeat customers or referred customers. That is not the perception one would have of automotive sales. In this case it is a true example that it is not "where you buy your car", but more about "who you buy your car from.." that matters. And the sales, service, and overall welcoming environment generated by the personnel is what seems to make this dealership special. More
