I typically don't like buying a car because of feeling pressured but this was not the case. Chris was easy going, answered all our questions and went out of his way to show us in person any feature of the X5 that we were considering choosing. Chris searched for a car with all the features we wanted and since one wasn't available, Chris put in an order for us. We were especially pleased how well Chris knew the car's capabilities and all the bells and whistles - this is not always the case at a dealership. If in the market for another BMW in the future, we will definitely return! More
