Walked in to get one of my vehicle serviced and while I was waiting happened to run into J. R. Nast who answered a few questions regarding the 2018 models and introduced me to Agata. In next 2 hours while my vehicle got serviced, Agata had helped me narrow down my options and I walked away with a car. As with any other dealership, there has been a few turnovers but I never felt the difference...did not know Agata but felt like we knew each other for a while. Jan helped me get my paperwork in order and I was out the door in less than 30 min. Car buying has never been this easy. Not only I buy my cars here, I have them serviced here as well. And if you are looking for a good service advisor, look for Jim Hierl. Everyone here is good but Jim is the best. More
