We were looking for 2 mo ahead of time lease agreement termination. We knew what we wanted in our new lease for the next three years. Chris Leahy had listen to us and understood our needs. He was prompt and straight forward with the options we have to fit our budget. He offered price that was very competitive compare to our old lease agreement. He offered us a deal we could not refuse while getting into a new BMW 330, an improvement vs. old leased vehicle. We sincerely appreciate the quick to the point price negotiations without any "manager tricks", very professional handling of the paperwork and a good customer oriented attitude. Rebecca Kosar was very helpful in narrowing down our selection of additional options for the new lease agreement. She was very precise in her explanations and efficient in finalizing the paperwork.
