She had all the paperwork prepared when I arrived, took me for a test drive and spent as much time as I wanted to review every feature on my new car. Noha was a delight to deal with as she was very patient in showing me many different models and specific lease payments on many cars and SUV's until I found the right car for me...and this was over a number of months as I am definitely not one of the easiest customers to deal with. I love to buy I hate to be sold I felt that I got the buying experience I should have gotten without haggling with out endless visits to the sales manager. I received the typical speech for extended warranties from finance, but most importantly no pressure. I think the most important thing I took away from the experience was the lack of sales pressure from anyone at Flemington BMW. The product sold itself. I felt that JR and the finance team were the enablers and for once I was left to make the decision without the pressure. Thank you to all at Flemington BMW for a great buying experience overall.
