Awesome Experience! Inquiring on a specific CPO for our daughter who lives in Pittsburgh, my initial contact was with Eric Christensen. Eric also provided me with his cell number and graciously told me I could call him as late as midnight if I had any questions. I had many questions which I e-mailed Eric about, they were answered almost immediately during business hours, after business hours, and on his day off. For the actual purchase, we had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Leahy. Being it was the 4th of July weekend, we were anxious to enjoy the holiday. Prior to our arrival, Chris contacted me and suggested e-mailing the paperwork so he would have everything ready to go. Upon our arrival, Chris took us for a drive and did a very extensive review of all the wonderful things about the car. Bill was eager to assist us in finding the RIGHT vehicle -- with the features and price point --to meet our requirements. Bill also assisted us in quickly getting everything processed so we could pick up the vehicle to use for a 600-mile trip for an extended vacation. He patiently provided a detailed orientation to the car and it's features. However, there were some features that we simply forgot how to use and it wasn't so clear in the BMW Owner's Manual. That's when Bill became our "lifeline!" Bill graciously responded to messages and texts -- even over the weekend -- to answer any questions we had about the vehicle.
