This is the third BMW I have leased over the past seven years. I wish I knew about them before. I picked up the car on July 31st and the process went smoothly with no surprises. I plan to go back there next year when my wife's 428x lease is up. There is a BMW within two miles of my house in Bergen County but it was worth my while to drive 70 miles to Flemington. Knowing I was in a time crunch, he was able to see me later that day and help me find exactly what I was looking for. He was both patient and knowledgeable in answering all my questions and, with his immense help, I was able to find the perfect car and drive it off the lot the next day. Michael did an exceptional job teaching me the new technology (I was even able to explain it to my boyfriend when I got home, which is kind of a miracle) and helped me set a few things up to be sure I was comfortable using the new features. He also offered to reach out to the BMW dealership in our new city should we need anything in the future. Really top-notch service!
