We came in on an event day, and had waited 45 minutes to get a sales advisor, however we were warmly entertained afterwards. We felt we could have gotten a better trade-in value for our car, but because they offered a good price on our new purchase and gave us a good buying experience, we decided to give them our business (well, the icing on the cake was when we found out that they would pick up our car from our house for service appointments - what a treat!). We were treated professionally and respectfully by everyone, from the sales team to the financing person. After having purchased the car, we noticed there was a problem with the exterior, and our sales advisor (Michael O'Connor) handled the situation very well - we felt someone had our backs and was going to take care of it. We felt we could not have picked a better dealership, and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and relatives. We would definitely give them our business again, and we are looking forward to working with them in the future. More

When I spoke to Bill Hinton, he informed me that one of the vehicles was already sold, but the other was available. As it was late on Friday, he couldn't give me a complete estimate on my trade. When I called back Saturday morning, Bill told me that someone else was looking at the car. I asked him if he could hold it for me until I got there (I live an hour away.) He put a courtesy "sold" on the car. Within three hours of my arrival, we completed the transaction and I left the dealership a very happy customer. Bill and Rebecca Kosar (the Business Manager) were very professional, knowledgeable and engaging. They know how to deliver great customer service and understand the importance of build relationships with their customers. If you are in the market for a BMW, Flemington is a great choice. More

As most will agree, deciding on a vehicle can be a stress-worthy experience but Scott made the buying process quite pleasurable. He listened intently to our needs and was able to locate a vehicle that suited us. Scott spent many hours with us and throughout the buying process, we were never made to feel rushed or pressured. Our phone calls made to Scott were always returned promptly which coincides with his organization and attention to every detail. If this wasn't all enough, Scott has a great sense of humor! His joke telling and wittiness kept us in very high spirits. When the need arises for my husband and I to purchase another vehicle in the future, we have no doubt we would request Scott Smith!
