Wonderful first time buyer experience at BMW! Scott was extremely helpful and friendly from the start. We initially saw a pre-owned BMW we wanted to purchase and went to another dealership closer Scott was extremely helpful and friendly from the start. We initially saw a pre-owned BMW we wanted to purchase and went to another dealership closer to our home where the service left something to be desired. We than searched online and found a very similar car at Flemington BMW. We called and Scott helped us right away to confirm that they still had the car at the showroom. Scott made us feel so comfortable and confident that the car was exactly what we wanted we decided to purchase the car that day, without even seeing it. Scott sent us the necessary paperwork and took care of EVERYTHING. All we had to do was show up a few days later and sign all of the papers. Scott walked us through everything in the car and sat with us to get our phones synced with the system and show us all the feature the car had to offer. It was nice having someone take their time to really make sure you understand everything that comes with your new car and to make you really feel comfortable with making such a big purchase.
