I bought a 535i from Gerry at the dealership a year ago. I'd driven over sixty miles to look at the car, a CPO. Car was immaculate on pickup and he he spent about an hour going over it with me. I took it back a week ago for the recall on the dreaded hpfp issue. Joe Smith was my tech contact. I got a loaner and my car was ready as advertised. I'd had no problems with the fuel pump but they switched it out because they found two injectors faulty, along with all the injectors as well. They reprogrammed the car which fixed a sun-roof problem I'd been having. The engine compartment was clean, car ran smo-o-o-oth, silky smooth. Joe handled the whole thing perfectly. Excellent experience in buying and servicing. I don't usually write reviews but these guys were first-class. More

I went in to look at a BMW, and left with a beautiful Jaguar that had just been traded in. Cindy in the internet department had also been helpful in sedning me information the morning of. I found Bill to be respectful, honest, and straightforward about what could be done on price, and very helpful and commodating regarding the execution of sale. A very pleasant gentleman, and an uncomplicated purchase. It was a dignified expereicne, whcih continues to distinguish many dealers and individuals who sell cars.
