Got a Brake Job and Oil Change at Flemington BMW and they did a great job. I love the videos they sent from the lift. I never get so see under my car! Also, the BMW experience has been great. Laura took really good care of me. Very communicative and didn’t try to push/up sell on services like you may experience sometimes. I had an issue with the gear shifter on my vehicle; there was a part that needed to be replaced. Once the part was delivered, the replacement was done within a 3 hour time frame. I was provided a loaner car and received my car back within 2 days. Vacuumed and washed as well! While waiting on my car, Laura sent me recorded video which showed a technician performing a multi-point inspection of my vehicle up on the lift. Thoroughly went over each tire, brakes etc and explained in detail. I conveniently received this video as a text message at no extra cost. If you want great customer service-I 100% recommend working with Laura at Flemington BMW! More
