Fletcher Jones Motorcars

My wife and I visited Fletcher Jones to 'canvass' prices on a certified pre-owned mercedes benz. This car is intended to replace our mercedes C320 which was 'totalled' when my wife was driving it and a tee on a certified pre-owned mercedes benz. We were simply just looking around for cars, in fact, we just came from Lexus, Acura and Toyota dealerships. However, Tommy Tran and Jason Nhim of Fletcher Jones gave us an impressive presentation on what's available within our price range, allowed us to test drive the vehicles we were considering, professionally answered all our concerns and we got hooked. We had no intention of buying a car that day but we went home with a C300 !!! Jason Nhim ably and professionally assisted us with the features of the car and even called us the following day and the days after that to check if we have any questions or concerns with the car. That's excellent after sales service and we highly commend Jason Nhim for that. Keep it up Tommy and Jason !!! More

This is by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had at any car dealership. When we first walked through Fletcher Jone's door we were immediately great by their friendly receptionists. Christine Nolen and the General Manager came out just a few minutes later to greet us. I already had a good feeling with Cristine right off the bat. We spent approximately 5 hours there and 4 1/2 hours was spent looking at and testing driving cars. Christine was extremely knowledgeable about all of Mercedes Benz line of vehicles. I was extremely happy when we got down to negotiating a price for the car. Christine and Cush were accommodating with my budget and gave me an amazing deal I couldn't refuse. I am pretty tall and went to Fletcher Jones simply to see how I fit in a particular Mercedes. Had it not been for the special attention that I received from Tommy Tran and Jason Nhim, my plan would have been how I fit in a particular Mercedes.
