This is my first car that i have bought from a dealer brand new ! and let me just say that this great team made me feel very comfortable from day 1 that i stepped in there. At no point did i feel any pressure , If anything they made me look at all options before me choosing the right car. At the end , i went with a 2012 E350 Coupe with all of the works ! I have told all my friends about Team TRAN and with out a doubt I as well as my freinds and fam will all be getting a Mercedes from these group of great people! My initial experience wasn't so great. I was coming down from Los Angeles to see a vehicle on the internet. I was scheduled a time to visit, and arrived and the vehicle was sold, which was ok, however I did from Los Angeles to see a vehicle on the internet. I was scheduled a time to visit, and arrived and the vehicle was sold, which was ok, however I didn't receive a call saying it was sold. My boyfriend was livid, and Denise Banner turned the experience into a positive purchasing experience. I drove away as a happy owner of a 2006 C230. This is my first purchase. Since my purchase on April 29, 2012, my vehicle has been in the service department approximately 5 times for transmission/ shifting problems. Although the problems have been headaches and an inconvenience, John Derbyshire, (service) and Denise Banner (sales) has really shown what good customer service is all about. More
Yesterday I picked up my brand new 2012 E Class. I was debating over a 5 series and an E class. I do live far from Newport Beach but I had heard a lot of adverts and comments about Fletcher Jones, so I ma debating over a 5 series and an E class. Right from the moment I got there everyone treated me with respect and kindness. The manager came out to greet me and introduced me to a sales specialist named CHRISTINE NOLDEN! She wasn't pushy at all and went out of her way to select a car that would suit me the best. Then it came down to price. I knew what I wanted and with no hassle they hit my target. This was by far the easiest and least painstaking car experience. Fletcher Jones definitely lives up to its name and exceeded my expectations. Well done! Thanks to Christine and the rest of Fletcher Jones staff they have earned mine and my family's business for a very long time! More

Lorna, the dealership and Mercedes Benz are to be commended for going out of their way and taking all the necessary actions to meet our desired delivery date and suppling the car with the options and features we wanted. As I understand it, a similar car scheduled for a later delivery was reprogrammed (color, options, delivery date) to meet our specific desires. It showed an excellent and impressive level of coordination, team work and responsiveness by the entire organization. Not so impressive was the purchase of added insurance which we needed for our total stay of 6 weeks. Since MB was providing 2 weeks, we needed an additional 4 weeks. However, for really obscure reasons we had to pay for 8 weeks. Lorna attempted valiantly to explain this several times, without success. She was not successful in this because this makes no sense whatsoever. (last year we did a European delivery with BMW, also for a trip of 6 weeks. BMW payed for the first 2 weeks, and we were charged for the addional 4 weeks, and not 8 weeks or some other amount) More

My wife and I visited the dealership to see what our end-of-lease options were and what are possibility of getting into a 2012 C-Class was. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that were were able t end-of-lease options were and what are possibility of getting into a 2012 C-Class was. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that were were able to get into a new C-Class early, and stay within the monthly price point we wanted to be in. And the best part was that we were able to leave the dealership with the vehicle, which had a lot of options, and we didn't feel like we were in the dealership for very long at all. Great experience! I just bought my beautiful 2012 E350 at Fletcher Jones tonight. My sale person was tommy tran and his assistant was Jason nhim. They both tried very hard to get me a best deal for my vehicle. Both of these individual was the best in customer service and they made me feel like a king at dealership. The dealership so clean and all other staff are helpful. I am a long time customer at fletcher jones and I would not recommend any one to buy your MBZ at other dealership. My sale rep tommy and his assistant jason were very polite and honest especially Mr. Jason Nhim. I would like to take this opportunity to Thank fletcher jones mercedes management staff for having a wonderful, professional and hard worker employee like tommy and Jason. More
