Took The Time To Understand Me WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! I was dealing with some negative equity in my vehicle, and looked at a couple of different options at Flood. I went to a compe WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! I was dealing with some negative equity in my vehicle, and looked at a couple of different options at Flood. I went to a competitor, and thought the offer from them to purchase a pre-owned vehicle was the best way to go. At that point, back to Flood to show them the details and enter Joe Cicchetti, General Manager, and Marc Cronhimer, my ever so patient sales rep. They laid out how the absolute best option for me was to lease a brand new vehicle for 36 months, and not finance a pre-owned for twice as long. At that point, it became a "total no-brainer" I can honestly say that I never felt the pressure to purchase a car, but instead they were trying to put me in the right vehicle with the best program for me. (side note....Marc told me on my first visit 4 weeks ago that the truck for me was the actual one I leased....why didn't I listen to him from the start??!!) This was my fourth vehicle acquired through Flood, and every time I leave more impressed. They are constantly looking to enhance their customer experience, and once I FINALLY made up my mind, I was driving away an hour later with my new truck.
