Everyone we have ever dealt with, from Management to Sales to Service has always gone above and beyond. We recently purchased a 2019 Ford Escape for our daughter. Reno Silvestri, treated us, not as a customer but as family; so much so that after we met with him on one day and told him the only day my daughter could come in was on his day off; Guess what, he came in on his DAY OFF. He saw to it that her needs were suited for the proper vehicle and made sure she was comfortable driving. He took great care in showing our daughter everything she needed to know before driving off the lot.
