It started out with Kim Jackson and she was very prompt in returning phone calls and emails,asked enough questions so that she could get back to me with precise information in a timely manner. I was looking for a specific vehicle that they had on the lot and she connected me with Robert Bell in sales. We set up a time we could meet, I drove from Connecticut to the dealership, met Robert and from there we worked out a price that was fair to both for my trade-in and the new vehicle. There was no pressure we were either going to make a deal or shake hands and part friends simple as that Dave Flora was a pleasure to work with and very quick and finishing up the paperwork. Robert even help me unload everything in my truck and toolbox as I wasn't planning on taking home the new purchase that day which was very very helpful.
