Alyssa, who recently moved on after many years there, and Steven have been great service managers. couple of concerns Newer employees at the Service desk from last time I was there. No tables in waiting area due to construction. No more $20 coupon for Castrol rebate a Newer employees at the Service desk from last time I was there. No tables in waiting area due to construction. No more $20 coupon for Castrol rebate as in the past , but wasn't told this. I had to call back to inquire. This raises the price of an oil change by $20! I won't be back at that price for that service. Car was not vacuumed and had a scratch on the left front I noticed after I returned home. More
