Oil Change and Recall I love Flood Mazda. This last time was hard as I waited over 2-3 hours for my service to be complete. This isn’t usually an issue as I choose to wait I love Flood Mazda. This last time was hard as I waited over 2-3 hours for my service to be complete. This isn’t usually an issue as I choose to wait but there was very little follow up with regards to my service. I did end up having to need a few additional things done and I’m sure the recall led to an elongated stay. When they did give an update, it was that my car would be done in 5 minutes but I didn’t check out until 30 minutes after that. Again, not an issue for the wait with what I needed done but a bit of follow up would be nice while waiting. Other customers having work done are seeing me still sit there and get nervous that it is going to take a long time. Overall I love Flood Mazda and will continue to get my cars here and my service done here as well. More

Recall service I received a notification that my CX-5 has a recall issue and to schedule a service visit. So I called the next day to schedule a service visit and wa I received a notification that my CX-5 has a recall issue and to schedule a service visit. So I called the next day to schedule a service visit and was pleasantly surprised to be told that I could come in the next day! I made the appointment for early afternoon and ended up at the dealer a half hour early and they still took me in. Service was completed in a timely manner at no charge and I was on my way. The Service Department is outstanding! This is one of the many reasons that I returned to Flood Mazda for my second CX-5.! More

After a couple of test drives and some no-pressure back-and-forth on terms, we drove off the lot in a great new Mazda. Rich spent time walking us through everything from the leasing process to all of the features of the car, and was an absolute pleasure to work with, as was Cody in finance.
