Great service, but took longer than I expect n appointment A warning light alert had me make an appointment, they diagnosed no issues, reset the warning light, washed and vacuumed the car - all no charge. While I certainly appreciated the excellent service as well as Alyessa’s updates - I was surprised the process took more than an hour. I was told in the future, I could have someone pickup and return the car, so I’ll provide do that next time. More

It was pouring and he arranged the cars so I didn’t get wet. This is my second time working with Phillip on a lease and my husband has leased two Mazda’s with Phillip. For both of us Phillip was great to work with. Cody was also very helpful explaining all the paperwork. More

Service appointment problems I made an appointment to have the recall fixed on my Mazda3 at Flood Mazda. I got a text confirming that I have an appointment on that Saturday. I drive from Newport to my appointment and the service bay is all torn apart and under construction. The nice Salesman told us to give him our email and they will come pick up our car at our house and leave a loaner car for us. Well, that never happened it has been almost a month and Flood Mazda still hasn't contacted me. I still have not fixed my recall and need to find another dealer. Hopefully I won't have to drive too far. I can't believe Flood Mazda let me drive all the way there knowing full well that they won't be able to do the service recall. What a waste of time and gas.
