Greg, the salesperson, was knowledgeable, didn't try to push the sale and was able to work out a deal. Most of the time, the price listed is the firm price with little to no wiggle room but it was fair and they took my trade so I was happy with the process. I've been looking for the right truck for over a year now and have walked away for several but this experience was different. I'd recommend them to anyone that hates buying and dealing with car salespeople. More

Most Painless Car Purchase Ever Haig Avakian was recommended to us by our neighbors and was a great choice. We had researched the Q5 price and our car's tradein value online so we knew the prices were fair. Post sale we realized that there was a scratch on the windshield which we had first thought was simply new windshield wiper material. Also, there was no cargo cover with the car and the passenger side outside door latch was scratched. Haig got all of these taken care of quickly to our satisfaction. The windshield was replaced and the door latch repaired the same day I picked up the registration papers. And Haig found a cargo cover for us within 24 hours of getting the registration. We like the Q5 a lot. This was by far the easiest, least stressful car buying experience we've ever had. Haig was great; no high pressure; very accommodating; very nice overall. We would have no problem coming to Foley's again and would request Haig be our salesperson. More
