We went into the process not knowing exactly what we wanted, other than a larger SUV to accommodate a new addition to our growing family. Gino set us up with Haig Avakian that was able to accommodate all our requests, give us some great suggestions and inform us of all the features in the vehicles we were looking at. We eventually settled on a BMW X5 as the ride was unlike anything else that we tried. We found that they had an X5 diesel available with a ton of options and decided that was the one.
