I was able to wander the lot unmolested (yay!) to check the cars I wanted to see I headed to the showroom where I met Zee. Very easy to deal with, up front with the trade possibility (I had an older car I loved - but I get it) and kept in contact without being overbearing. I am leery of being stocked on dealer lots and when approached by most sales people it becomes a game (I am a former sales trainer and aggressive sales 101 tactics makes me want to waste your time and not buy anything). Zee was focused on the sale - that's the job - but comfortable to deal with - no games. Paper work had the usual extended warranty plug - but again treated me as an adult who could make a decision that was right for me - left with a car, and moved my unwanted trade elsewhere It's all good. I'll be back when the need for another car arises. More
