I was in for a recall on my Genesis 25th of July. A job that was to take no more than 2 hrs. took over 4 hrs. The trailer ( waiting area) had no water, coffee or bathroom. Needless to say I won’t be going back here and will have my daughter take her Hyundai to Roseville. The management needs to pay closer attention to their employees. This dealer was basically dishonest by lying by omission since the day we bought the car. Every time we had to bring it in for work they either deceived or overcharged us. They were unorganized and the loun since the day we bought the car. Every time we had to bring it in for work they either deceived or overcharged us. They were unorganized and the lounge was unkept. I can go on for a long time with a number of complaints of problems but I can just do a comparison with this dealership with the VW dealership which has gone out of business because of their horrible business practices. I regret buying from this dealer. More

Bought a car, everyone was great. 2 hours later I notice a crack in the windshield.
