I called Ford Country this morning concerning 30,000 service and a couple of recalls on my 2019 F150. This evening the Svc is complete and Appointment set for 3 days forward on Recall. I've been using another Dealer for 5 year and finally was fed up with lies and delays. I could not be happier with Ford Country. The attitude, knowledge, and professionalism can be beat. Dealership listed a vehicle on their website for $11,000 less than what they tried to sell it to me for. When I pointed out the discrepancy the dealership had a “take it or leave it” attitude and made zero less than what they tried to sell it to me for.
