Told 1.5 to 1.75 hrs to do service. Took 2.5 hrs. Tech or driver left their water bottle in car. Driver asked if I wanted the dripping wet car they washed dried off??? Told him to never mind as I was over .5 driver left their water bottle in car. Driver asked if I wanted the dripping wet car they washed dried off??? Told him to never mind as I was over .5 hrs late now for my next appt. Wouldn’t be so bad, but I specifically asked how long this would take as I had other commitments. Not happy!!! More

Service person was friendly enough, I believe it was Jose. Reason I wouldn't recommend Ford Country is I wanted a complete inspecion with all fluids changed, which was mostly done. I spent $1950 and the Jose. Reason I wouldn't recommend Ford Country is I wanted a complete inspecion with all fluids changed, which was mostly done. I spent $1950 and they could not top off washer fluid for that kind on money I would thnk everything would have been checked and completed. I will go somewhere else next time and not recommend Ford Country. Mustang Sally's had good breakfast though. More
