There is nothing to discuss. After the treatment I received at the dealership and the inconvenience of trying to take my vehicle elsewhere, I traded it in for a non-Ford product at another dealership. Although I have owned three Ford's over the past 18 years, my recent experience with your service dept prompted me to look elsewhere for a replacement vehicle.

I will give you a call on Monday afternoon. Spoke with Kirsten. Now they are able to repair the damage for an additional $2000, but they are willing to give me credit for the $286.10 that I payed to have the problem fixed originally. First they told me to go to a body shop to get an estimate. I did and the estimate to repair at Friendly Ford is $1800. When I asked Kitsten why I would trust my repair to someone who had the car originally, did not fix it properly, told me they could not fix it, needed to find a body shop to do the work and now all of a sudden comes up with an in house solution which they said did not originally exist. Does not instill confidence in Ford Country. I still am out $286 for a job they should never have taken on in the first place (according to their original estimate of the problem). They are refusing to refund my money so I guess my only recourse is to write a letter to Ford in Michigan. Will never deal with Ford Country again, not recommend it to anyone. I told them that my family has three new ford vehicles but when it comes time to buy again, and we usually replace our cars every three years, they will not get our business. That will cost them more than the $286 they could have refunded to me. Poor customer service and poor business practice. No wonder your service dept had such a low rating.
