AJ Torres was an outstanding salesman. I sent an email to Ford of Columbia at 5:00pm on a Saturday inquiring about a F150 Lariat. He answered with a video introducing himself and offered assistance. We worked out a deal over the phone. What a deal it was, by 7:00pm I had a new 2024 F150. Debbie Donoia the business manager got me financed and it was done. The truck was delivered to me on Monday!! The easiest and most seamless vehicle purchase I have ever made!! AJ was the first person to help me and come talk to me when I was out in the lot. He actually suggested that I trade in my current vehicle to get what I wanted. Turns out that was the right call.
