Worst service department ever, took our ford edge in for a recalled airbags and they forgot to wtite down the serial numbers so know I have to return the vehicle on my time again. I"M VERY disappointed with Ford my Car wasn't fixed they kept tacking on charges I spoke to a manager about it and he replied well what do you want me to do about it?
