It don't get much worse, first 4 hours to replace air bags (recalled) Then noOne worte down the serial numbers on the new airbags. So now I have to return it to have the serial numbers recorded on my bags (recalled) Then noOne worte down the serial numbers on the new airbags. So now I have to return it to have the serial numbers recorded on my time! Second. Gas tank recall- faided inspetion returned for replacement and told tbey had to order the new tank 2weeks later returned for instalation waited 3 hours and told they needed to order a conection from tank to car, and they would call me when the part came in (never called). I"M VERY disappointed with Ford my Car wasn't fixed they kept tacking on charges I spoke to a manager about it and he replied well what do you want me to do about it?
