I have no problem with Mary Beth the service advisor. She is excellent, is very patient and has knowledge of cars. My problem is with the service department or Ford; I don't know who is at fault. I had two problems and I was told they would correct the problems. So far, the first problem seems corrected, but they made the second problem worst. This car has been in the service department a few times, but it never gets corrected. I had problems with my 2022 Escape that the service department was not able to fix. I traded the 2022 Escape for the 2025 Escape and I have different problems. I have lost faith in Ford products!! More

I have been dealing with this dealership for years as well as my children. They are very professional and dependable. The only negative thing I would say is that the points you earn t well as my children. They are very professional and dependable.
