I am rather old (75) so I did most of my initial shopping on line. After some on line shopping, I selected Ford Of Londonderrty, both jeff and Bob followed up and found the exact vehicle at another dealersh on line. Upon arriving at the dealership to move forward I was advised that the dealer that had the vehicle now had a buyer for it and was unwilling to transfer it to Ford of Londonderry. At that point I was rather disgusted, but also realized it was not their fault and they offered to go ahead and order another totally new vehicle with everything I wanted and still maintain the same trade in value for my 2018 Ford F-150. In short, I feel that they more than made good on their initial truck trade in and purchase price of a new Ford F-150. I am very satisfied and feel that they treated me very fairly. Apparently we didn’t get the stellar sales team that everyone is raving about. Our salesman isn’t even pictured among the employees. And the finance manager was very rude and refused to work with us, they didn’t even think it was worth it to run our credit and see what rate we would qualify for. It seem to us that we weren’t worth their time or effort. The salesman basically told us that it wasn’t any sweat off his back if we went elsewhere. There are many Ford dealerships in the NH/MA area, we suggest you go elsewhere to a location that shows respect to ALL of their prospective customers. More
