They charged me $200 to diagnose the vehicle, quoted me $1,800 to change the part and come to find out they were wrong in the diagnosis. They told me the Alternator was bad and it turned out another dealer $1,800 to change the part and come to find out they were wrong in the diagnosis. They told me the Alternator was bad and it turned out another dealership found out it was a bad wire and cost me about $50. To me that is UNACCEPTABLE!! I had to pay $200 to get WRONG INFORMATION!!! Will not go there again More
